Katherine was a member of First Lutheran Church and had a strong relationship with God.  She was a member of the Bible Study Fellowship and a member of Lydia’s Circle.

Katherine enjoyed traveling, bowling, reading, quilting, cross-stitch, sewing, puzzles and knitting.  She was active in church groups such as the Solo Sisters of Omaha and the Solo’s of First Lutheran Church in Fremont.  Katherine was so active in the Girl Scouts of America that she was also a troop leader.  She loved attending her grandchildren’s activities including dance recitals, school events, and sports activities.
