Dairy Chef of Syracuse underwent a remodel from Dec. 21 through Jan. 7.  The restaurant was to open for business again Jan. 8.
New carpeting was installed throughout the dining area and new tile behind the counter. The front counter was replaced with a new one, and its placement allows more room for employees to work.
For better flow of customers entering and exiting the restaurant, an additional door was added to allow customers to exit without having to make their way back through the front counter area where there is often a line of new customers waiting to order.
Owners Sue and Kelly Staab and Simone Bartlett said they were very appreciative of Kris and Dolly Staab, Eric and Valerie Werth, and Dave Carlson for their hard work to make it happen.
They’re excited about the improvements to the restaurant and what it means for their customers and employees.
