Nebraska City’s softball team will be the school’s first squad to enter competition for the 2025 fall season as the Pioneers will play a varsity jamboree (exhibition) triangular on Monday, Aug. 18, at home against Wilber-Clatonia and Crete.

Games are as follows:
NC vs. Wilber-Clatonia, 4:30 p.m.
Crete vs. Wilber-Clatonia, 6 p.m.
NC vs. Crete, 7:30 p.m.

The regular season starts on Thursday, Aug. 21, with the Pioneers again playing at home for a JV-Varsity doubleheader against Falls City. Game time is 5 p.m. for JV and 6 p.m. for Varsity.

After playing in a tournament at Milford on Saturday, Aug. 23 (start time 8 a.m.), the Pioneers will return home for a JV-Varsity doubleheader against Waverly on Monday, Aug. 25. Game time is 5 p.m. for JV and 6:30 p.m. for Varsity.
