Nebraska City Tourism & Commerce (NCTC), in partnership with the City of Nebraska City Trail Committee, is excited to announce the ribbon cutting of a newly completed bike trail on the north end of town. This paved trail runs along Business 75 and provides a safe and scenic connection from the community to the softball complex.

The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM. All members of the public are invited to attend. Attendees are encouraged to bring bikes, strollers, or walking shoes and be among the first to explore and enjoy the new trail.

We’ll congregate near Larson’s Motor Service, where additional parking is available. From there, the ceremony will kick off, and guests can join in the first official use of the trail.

The event is being hosted by Nebraska City Tourism and Commerce, in collaboration with the City of Nebraska City Trail Committee, as part of ongoing efforts to expand the current trail system and enhance connectivity within the city.
