An Otoe County Sheriff ’s deputy was on hand April 26 during the Otoe County Board of Commissioners meeting to ensure the audience remained quiet and the main floor hallway of the courthouse was kept clear for courthouse business to be conducted during the meeting. The board moved the wind energy issues to the top of the regular agenda to further ensure courthouse business would be disrupted for as short a time as possible on Tuesday.
