The Nebraska City City Council approved the community’s Residential Master Plan and authorized moving forward with the plan’s first phase during the council’s Jan. 16 meeting. The first phase of the master plan involves linking Morgan Drive with Oak Street. This extension, which runs through the middle of the new development near CHI Health St. Mary’s, will open up 23 single-family residential lots, 8 multi-family unit lots, and also provide a waterline extension to CHI Health St. Mary’s.
