NCHS, LCC to send representative to All-State Band and Choir
Nebraska City High School is proud to have five students selected to the 2022 Nebraska All-State music groups! Kiera Rakowski and Timmy Stanek will be in the All-State Band, while Drew Hower, Dallas Mueller-Pry, and Alexa Turner will be in the All-State Choir.
‘Hocus Pocus’ wins Premier Bank Best Detail Award
The staff of the Nebraska City branch of Premier Bank continued their winning ways for a second year, receiving “Best Detail Award” for this year’s “Hocus Pocus”themed decorating effort. Flickering candles, labeled jars of ingredients for witches’ brews, a tombstoned graveyard, and a coffin were just a few of the touches that got the judges’ attention and earned the staff their award.
