The first season of sanctioned high school girls’ wrestling in the state of Nebraska saw the Nebraska City program record state history as graduated senior Pacie Lee made it to the championship finals.

With a senior heavy roster, and plenty of returning talent, the Lourdes girls’ basketball looks to meet the challenge of a tough schedule in 2022-23. Coach Mark Madison said the Knights have high expectations coming into the season with seven of 15 rostered players as seniors.

The Peru State women's basketball cruised to a 40-point win over Ozark Christian College 97-57 Friday night. The Bobcats improve to 4-2 overall on the year. Ozark Christian falls to 1-2 on the season.
