It’s Fall – but you already knew that, didn’t you?

The Nebraska City boys’ tennis team competed at the Class B State Tournament at Woods Tennis Center in Lincoln on Monday, Oct. 20.

The third annual Art Walk, sponsored by the Nebraska City Creative District, brought art lovers to downtown Nebraska City on Saturday, Oct. 18. Thirty-five artists set up shop in community businesses or in the Nebraska City Veterans Memorial Building during the day-long event. Other special features of the day were an afternoon adult pumpkin carving contest at the City Taphouse LLC, a “Women of Influence” fine art event at Self Expression Gallery, and a live Harvest Hoedown concert featuring Dylan Bloom and Lucas Minor. The next Nebraska City Creative District event will be a performance of “A Very Merry Nebraska City Christmas Carol” on Dec. 20 and 21 at the Nebraska City Veterans Memorial Building.
