Seven centenarians celebrated on the 100th day of 2025 at Ambassador Nebraska City. The group enjoyed music, socializing and cake with punch. Hillcrest Hospice supported the event by providing cake, and they helped serve the residents and families to celebrate such a special milestone. The celebrants range in age from 100 to 102. A dream about five years in the making came true for members of the Nebraska City Airport Authority Board on Thursday, May 8, when the Nebraska City Fuel Farm hosted a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting.
