Although weekend rain hampered work on a new physicians' clinic in Nebraska City, construction resumed this week. Each new patient who brought 10 cans of food to donate to the pantry received a free exam from Dr. Dion Higgins. Established patients who brought three cans of food to donate Saturday received a free adjustment.
