NCHS receives Cognia recognition

NC Council approves tax increment financing for GoodLife Agriculture LLC project

The Nebraska City City Council approved a redevelopment plan amendment and agreement that will provide about $10 million in tax increment financing (TIF) for the construction of a 635,000-square-foot facility for raising and processing Atlantic salmon into filets.GoodLife Agriculture LLC has proposed constructing the facility at G Road and North 19th Street, with construction set to begin next year.
