Titanic survivors’ stories shared at MJPL presentation

In the course of about an hour last month, professional storyteller Pippa White introduced her audience at the Morton-James Public Library to six survivors of the White Star liner RMS Titanic, which sank in the North Atlantic on April 15, 1912.White had two hatracks and six hats on stage with her, and a switch of hats meant a switch of characters as she told their stories.Her presentation began with the story of passenger Eva Hart, who boarded the Titanic with her parents as a 7-year-old child to travel to Canada so her father could begin a new job there.
