The staff of Nebraska City Tourism and Commerce (NCTC) know they have to consider the needs of both residents and visitors when planning their marketing strategies and spending their advertising dollars.NCTC Marketing Director Tammy Partsch was the featured speaker at Hot Topics on Wednesday, June 12, and she explained to the audience what some of the tourism trends are that might work well for Nebraska City, along with tourism trends that NCTC is choosing not to become involved in.Tourism ideas that NCTC is focusing its marketing efforts on include ecotourism, group tours, and promoting the community’s unique shopping and dining offerings.
