Nebraska residents who are honorably discharged veterans may receive a one-day permit, Habitat Stamp, and Nebraska Migratory Waterfowl Stamp for free to hunt on Veterans Day.They would be required to buy a Federal Duck Stamp if they intend to hunt waterfowl.
