Todd Alan Mounce passed away at the Ambassador Care Center in Omaha shortly after 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19. Todd had on-going medical issues for a number of years, and entered into Hospice Care at the Ambassador late in May. During the final three weeks of his life, he was blessed by the care of kind and compassionate medical personnel, visits from friends and relatives, cards, telephone calls, text messages, email messages.

Todd Alan Mounce passed away at the Ambassador Care Center in Omaha shortly after 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19.  Todd had on-going medical issues for a number of years, and entered into Hospice Care at the Ambassador late in May.  During the final three weeks of his life, he was blessed by the care of kind and compassionate medical personnel, visits from friends and relatives, cards, telephone calls, text messages, email messages.
   Todd was born February 17, 1964, in Nebraska City, the third child of James G. and Arlene Irwin Mounce.  He grew up in the City and graduated from Nebraska City High School.  He worked at banks in Atlanta, Georgia, for 10 years, and in Florida for 3 years, before returning to his home-town.  Recently he worked part-time at the Best Western Motel, the Lewis and Clark Center and at the Lied Center.
  He was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his brother, James L. Mounce of Nebraska City; sister and brother-in-law, Sherry and Tom Schrauth, residing at Branson, MO, for the summer; aunt, Marjorie Irwin, Kearney, MO; uncle and aunt, Glenn and Judy Irwin of Omaha; nieces; grand-nieces and –nephew; cousins; many wonderful friends; and his devoted little dachshunds.
   Private family inurnment will be scheduled at a later date.
