Resolution 2664-15 to assess demolition costs to 411 1st Corso in the amount of $6,250,
Resolution 2665-15 to consider the city administrator employment agreement,
Resolution 2666-15 to consider the city clerk-treasurer employment agreement,
Approval of Resolution 2667-15 authorizing the Nebraska City Recreation Agency to issue its sales tax revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $5 million and pledging to the payment of such bonds a portion of the city's sales and use tax,

Review and discuss a BPW letter regarding negotiations with Invenergy for a wind energy renewable resource,
