Frances M. (Caddy) Farmer Wirth, 91, of Syracuse, went home to Heaven on Tuesday March 10, 2015, at the Community Memorial Hospital in Syracuse. She was born to Harry and Bertha (Webb) Caddy on April 19, 1923, in Eagle.

Frances M. (Caddy) Farmer Wirth, 91, of Syracuse, went home to Heaven on Tuesday March 10, 2015, at the Community Memorial Hospital in Syracuse. She was born to Harry and Bertha (Webb) Caddy on April 19, 1923, in Eagle.

Frances graduated from Eagle high school in 1940. On June 21, 1942, she married Graydon Farmer in Long Beach, Calif. Frances worked at Curtiss Wright Aircraft in Columbus, Ohio, and also at the Saline County Courthouse and Farmer Feed & Seed both while she lived in Wilber. Frances and Graydon moved to Syracuse in 1960. Graydon passed away in 1979 and, on April 7, 1984, she married Lloyd Wirth. She was very involved in the American Legion Auxiliary and United Methodist Church. She also belonged to many clubs including Extension Club, Laff-A-Lot Club, Bridge Clubs and Quilting Clubs. She was also a Cub Scout Den Mother.

Frances is survived by her son: Douglas (Shirley) Farmer of Lincoln; a brother, Robert Caddy of Lincoln; grandchildren, Kelly Farmer (Justin Stubbendick) of Syracuse and Michelle (Sam) Riggins of Lincoln; great grandchildren, Peyton Stefkovich of Lincoln, August Levenhagen of Syracuse, Liz Levenhagen of Syracuse, Leah Levenhagen of Syracuse, Olive Riggins of Lincoln, Jett Stubbendick of Syracuse and Easton Stubbendick of Syracuse, and also many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was proceeded in death by her husbands: Graydon Farmer and Lloyd Wirth; parents: Harry and Bertha Caddy; brothers, Art Caddy, George Caddy, Bill Caddy, Larry Caddy; and sisters, Edna Robertson, Helen Thomson, Ruth Hanson and Edith Schrader.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church in Syracuse. Burial will be at Park Hill cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. with the family greeting friends from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home in Syracuse.

Memorials are suggested to the Syracuse United Methodist Church Building Fund.
