Shine Your Light Nebraska City and Small Beginnings would like to invite the community to a free spaghetti feed from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 8, at Pin High Clubhouse and Grill, 5633 I Rd.

The organizations are seeking to raise awareness for mental health, highlighting the importance of eliminating the stigma surrounding mental illness and suicide. The event will also feature a special guest speaker who will tell her story of surviving suicide.

Everyone is welcome! Parents are encouraged to join us with their kids to help initiate the difficult conversations.
