Recent baseball action resulted in the fourth and fifth wins of the Nebraska City High School season as the Pioneers topped Falls City, 8-2, on Friday, April 25, and Crete, 6-1, on April 29. Both of those games were played on the road. Other results for the Pioneers were a 10-1 loss at Elkhorn on May 1 and a 10-7 loss at home against Douglas County West on May 5.
