Charles E. Duncan entered his eternal rest on Monday, November 21, 2022, at the age of 86. Charles worked at Goodyear for 30 years.

Charles was the husband of Barbara; father to Patty Reinhardt (Mark), Penny Asher (Keith) and Bill (Desiree), and 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents William and Mary Duncan, his two brothers Jack and Robert Duncan, and infant sister Wilma.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Charles, followed by lunch at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 2 at Capitol City Christian Church in Lincoln.
