Terry Eugene Carter, age 64 of Nebraska City died November 14, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Center in Syracuse. Terry was born November 28, 1957 in Peoria, IL, the son of Kenneth Eugene and Shirley Jean (Young) Carter. He graduated from the Jersey Community High School in Jerseyville, IL in 1975 and worked as an accountant. Terry was an avid sports fan and loved spending time with his family. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force. He is survived by his parents; children, Evan Carter, and Caitlin Carter; sisters, Pam (J.R.) Tonsor, Sheryl Arnett, and Sandra (Daniel) Ridge; many other relatives and friends. Family services will be scheduled in Illinois at a later date.
