Lourdes to present ‘Newsies’ May 2-4

Lourdes Central Catholic high school students will perform the “Newsies” as this year’s Spring Musical. Performances will take place May 2-4 in the Wirth Theatre on the LCC Main Campus. The musical is directed by Ms. Lesley Gould. Performance Dates will be Friday, May 2, at 7 p.m.; Saturday, May 3, at 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, May 4, at 2 p.m. Tickets are now on sale at www.tix.com. Legislative Update

As we begin the final one-third of the 2025 Legislative Session, we are preparing for the late-night floor debates, which will begin on Tuesday, April 22. Three days of late-night floor debates are planned for each week for the balance of the session.

Fighting Big Government Failures at the IRS

Tax Day is a time when many Americans feel frustration. The average Nebraskan paid $14,974 in federal taxes last year. They expect efficient services in return. Too often, families and seniors get caught in a web of confusing tax rules. Even worse, bureaucratic failures can cost taxpayers thousands of dollars. That is why I am fighting to fix it and give taxpayers some relief.
