Peru State College and the Peru State College Foundation will celebrate Project ROAR with three groundbreakings tomorrow (Saturday, April 29). A ceremonial groundbreaking took place in March which included officials from the Nebraska State College System and the Board of Trustees.
The University of Nebraska football team concluded its spring practice schedule with the annual Red-White scrimmage at Memorial Stadium on April 22. Aside from the game, news of the day included naming the Husker’s locker room in honor of former head coach Frank Solich and unveiling a new design for the Huskers main mascot, Herbie Husker.
