Otoe County NCPD reports phone scammers using department’s number The Nebraska City Police Department has been receiving numerous complaints about scammers using the Police Department phone number and claiming that the person being called has criminal complaints or arrest warrants while trying to obtain money and/or personal information. The NCPD does not make calls of this nature, and anyone receiving such a call is advised to hang up without giving any information to the caller.
