Great Plains Growers Conference set Jan. 13-14 at St. Joseph

I wanted to make people aware of the 2023 Great Plains Growers Conference (GPGC) for 2023. This is a great local conference for commercial fruit and vegetable producers from Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and other Midwest states providing research-based information, from both vegetable research specialists and local growers, to help your farms grow and thrive. I know there are a number of growers in southeast Nebraska and/or people that are interested in potentially growing fruits and vegetables as another source of income on their farms and/or acreages. I have attended this conference several times over the years, and it is well worth the cost. This program is planned by Extension Educators and Specialists from the University of Nebraska, University of Missouri, Lincoln University in Missouri, Kansas State University and Iowa State University.
