Commissioners proclaim May Community Action Month in Otoe County

May will be Community Action Month in Otoe County, after the Otoe County Board of Commissioners approved a proclamation to that fact during the board's April 12 meeting. Southeast Nebraska Community Action (SENCA) Development Director Susan Keholm requested the proclamation from the board as part of her annual report on SENCA activities in Otoe County and southeast Nebraska.
