2022 Nebraska Passport stops announced
Nebraska Tourism is excited to announce the stops included in the 2022 Nebraska Passport program. The Passport inspires Nebraskans and tourists to travel throughout the state collecting stamps to earn prizes, while also supporting Nebraska’s tourism destinations and local businesses. In 2021, a recordbreaking 1,322 program participants made it to every stop.

The Nebraska City Rotary Club learned more about how the Rotary Foundation serves people around the world during the club's March 2 meeting. Mick McKinley, who is the incoming Rotary Foundation chair for District 5650, which is the Nebraska City club's district, discussed how the Foundation funds projects locally and globally, and how members can contribute to the Foundation.
Lourdes triumphs over Ainsworth at District Finals
A hot start from three-point range, a late third quarter surge and an impressive fourth quarter dunk highlighted a 15-point win by No. 14 seed Lourdes over No. 3 seed Ainsworth in Class D1 District Finals action at Norfolk on Monday night.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we had some welcomed fake news? I can picture it now! “Gas – 19 cents a gallon!” “Congress passes a bill in complete agreement!” “Covid-19 has passed into the history books!” “Putin agree to ‘play nice’ in the world’s sandbox!” Oh, yeah, we could use some good news, couldn’t we? But – we will have to do with the news we have. That is reality.
