Weather permitting, the Nebraska Department of Transportation planned to reopen the Missouri River Bridge at Nebraska City to normal four-lane, two-way traffic on March 7. The Otoe County Board of Commissioners began discussing how the county should spend its American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds during the board's March 1 meeting.
