Fans of the two CWS finalists played major roles in a Wednesday win over Weeping Water for the Nebraska City Seniors.
Texas fan John Rakes hit the go ahead home run and Travis Peterson went 4-for-4 with two doubles, a triple and three RBI in a 6-4 win.
The win broke a 9-day layoff for the Nebraska City team. The Juniors and Seniors host Hickman Sunday.
