Jacob Royal, a senior-to-be for the Rockets, said the expectations won’t change for himself or the team this fall.

“I know I have really high expectations for myself,” said Royal, who returns to help anchor both lines of scrimmage for S-D-A.

Royal said it will be tough to deal with the loss of the seniors, but noted that the Rockets are already working on a plan to get better.

In past years, Royal said the Rockets have counted more on size. Agility and speed have gained new emphasis.

Royal said the Rockets should be solid on the line of scrimmage and figure to have a good running game this fall.
