The Lourdes volleyball lost at Palmyra in three sets during road action on Oct. 5.
Scores were  25-20, 25-14 and 25-17.
Kill leaders for Lourdes were Libby Baumert with seven, Gina McGowen and Elaina Madison, four each; and Jacey Kreifels, Ivye Meyer and Ainsley Esser, each with two.
Kreifels led the way in assists with 15 and added six digs. Anna Heng came off the bench for a career-high and a team-high digs with 10.
“I thought we competed well against Palmyra.”  Coach Kreifels said. “We passed pretty well and were able to use our hitters more efficiently.”
Kreifels gave credit to Palmyra for being a good team and being strong in the middle and said the Knight players took this game as good experience for its younger girls who are growing confident as the season moves foward.
