BENNET CAFE Under the old skating rink there was a cafe..I think run by the Bennet family..boy could she fry up a great burger.

ARBOR CAFE , located about where Brown Shoe Fit is now...it was beside the Arbor Theatre, that burned to the ground and took the cafe with it.

GRAND HOTEL..Merle Stephenson had a dining room in the Grand Hotel..He was an expert at taking care of all all the coffee klatches at that time

ACTUALLY ST MARY'S was being organized in nthe early 1920's with a total funbd of $150,000, half being raised by the peopleof the city and the Sisters of St Francis the other half.
