View is from the Missouri River bluffs looking northeast towards the Missouri River basin in Iowa. Under normal conditions there would be no water in the area.

In the foreground is East 4th Corso near the flat storage facility of DeBruce Grain. The white conveyor system for the facility can be seen. The Missouri River flows directly next to the storage facility.

 

This video taken June 30, 2011 shows the road and building pictured at left in the middle right of the frame during the three hour period that the road was submerged.
