Adessa Dawn Esser, 27, of Nebraska City, died Friday, June 5, 2009 at Bryan LGH West in Lincoln. She was born on Jan. 27, 1982 at Hamburg, the daughter of Jan C. and Deborah B. (Nerison) Esser. 

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children:  Kiley Esser, Erin Haag, Katie Haag, William Haag, Jennifer Haag, Aliza Haag and Emily Haag; her parents, Jan Esser and wife Ila of Syracuse, and Debbie Reimers and husband Jeff of Nebraska City; brother Craig Esser and sister Tiffany Smith and husband Scott, all of Nebraska City; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Jennifer Esser, and her grandparents Keith Nerison, Velma Winkler and Robert and Marge Esser.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, at the Gude Mortuary in Nebraska City with Pastor Terry Duffy officiating.

Burial will follow at St. Benedict’s Cemetery in Nebrask City.

The family will greet friends from 6-7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, at the mortuary.

A memorial has been established for her children at Arbor Bank.
