Faye M. Bell, of Milford, was born April 5, 1923, at Brock to Merle and Thelma (Hauptman) Smith, and passed away on Monday, Sept. 18, 2017, in Milford, at the age of 94.  
She attended school and was a high school graduate at Julian.  
On July 3, 1943, Faye was united in marriage to Kenneth Bell at Rockport, Mo., and to this union three sons, Ronald, Roger and Rick were born.
Faye was a busy housewife and mother and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  
She was a member of Grace Missionary Church, WOW (Woman Ordinance Workers) during WWII and a 4-H volunteer working with her children’s activities.
She enjoyed spending time gardening and cooking the bounty from the garden. In her spare time, she also did ceramics, sharing her creations with her family.
Faye is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Patricia Bell, Lincoln, Rick and Karla Bell, Milford, Janice Bell, Milford, eight grandchildren and spouses, Ty (Tasi) Bell, Lincoln, Ticey (Gregory) Torti, Ferris, Texas; Tara Bell, Friscoe, Texas; Stacie (Jason) Roth, Natalie (Kendall) Nitzsche, all of Milford, Julie (Chad) Brehmer, Lyons, Jamie (Andy) Holdt, Omaha, Jason Bell & fiancé Stephanie Piston, Houston, Texas; 13 great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Luceen Shrewsbury, Nebraska City, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a grandson, Aaron Bell, son, Ronald, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Lorriane and Floyd Cooper, Donna and Gale Goings and Donald Shrewsbury.
A Memorial Service was to be held Friday, Sept., 22, at 10 a.m. at Grace Missionary Church, Milford, with Pastors Andy Petro and Brian Conrad officiating.  
Burial was to be in Wyuka Cemetery, Nebraska City at 2 p.m.  
Cremation, no visitation.  Memorials are directed in care of the family for the church.  
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Lauber-Moore Funeral Home.
