Three Peru State College (PSC) choirs will present a fall concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, in the College Theatre, located at the south end of the Hoyt Science Building. The event is free and open to the public.

The program will include performances by the PSC Concert Choir, Madrigal Singers and Misty Blues Show Choir, all of which are under the direction of Dr. Thomas Ediger, professor of music and director of choral activities. Denis Plutalov, a University of Nebraska - Lincoln doctoral student from Tambov, Russia, will serve as pianist.

The event will showcase music from various composers and genres. The Concert Choir will open the event with performances of Te Deum by Fraz Joseph Haydn and the spirituals Wade in the Water and The Drinking Gourd.

The Madrigal Singers will then perform several traditional madrigals, including All Creatures Now Are Merry Minded by John Bennet and I Delight in All Your Beauty by Gastoldi.

The Misty Blues Show Choir will conclude the program with selections such as Rock This Town by Brian Setzer and Eli's Comin', recorded by Three Dog Night.
