Nebraska City High School FCCLA students have been devoting their time and resources to a variety of charitable causes.  Members  "adopted" seven children from the SENCA Giving Tree at Pamida.  Pictured shopping are from left: Alyssa Claussen, Mimi Shirley and Ashley Stelling. Advisor Mary Johnson said the project is truly enjoyed by the students.

Members of Johnson's second period English Literature 1 class also brought canned food items, baked items to sell, and cash donations to be given to SENCA.  The class collected three boxes of food items and raised $214 to help others in need during the holiday season.

FCCLA students also recently wrapped gifts for the Toys for Tots program.
