The annual Otoe County Fair will be held Sunday, Aug. 10 to Wednesday, Aug. 13 at the Otoe County Fairgrounds and Kimmel Event Center in Syracuse.The fair will kick off the evening of Saturday, Aug. 9 with a Rib Fest and Street Dance featuring the band The Rumbles.
