Sheriff Kevin Aistrope reports that the Fremont County Sheriff's Office has taken a 14-year-old juvenile into custody stemming from an incident occurring at Sidney High School in Fremont County.
The Fremont County Sheriff's Office was called by the Sidney High School about a threat of a shooting that was made at school by the juvenile.
The Sheriff's Office responded to the call and isolated that student immediately upon arrival.
The Fremont County Sheriff's has came to a conclusion to the investigation leading to the arrest of the juvenile.
The juvenile has been transported to the Juvenile Detention Center located in Council Bluffs and is being charged with Threats of Terrorism. The Fremont County Sheriff's Office is still working with the Fremont County Attorney's Office, Juvenile Court Officials, and Sidney Schools with this matter.
