Nebraska City's Fourth of July celebration will be held Saturday, July 4 at Steinhart Park.
American Legion baseball games kick off the day with the Juniors playing at 1 p.m. and Seniors playing at 3 p.m. The teams will match up against Auburn.
The Southeast Community Band will perform from 7-8 p.m. followed by an ice cream social from 7-9 p.m. at Steinhart Lodge.
The Jaycees will kick off their spectacular fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. The fireworks, which include aerial and ground displays, will be timed to music by Finch on the Run.
