The next meeting of the caregiver support group will be held Thursday, Oct. 15, with a brown bag lunch at noon in the Kimmel Gallery at Morton-James Public Library.
The support group, hosted by Nebraska City Housing Authority, meets the third Thursday each month. It is for anyone in a caregiver role, including those caring for an elderly parent, a special needs child, and for “sandwich generation”moms and dads and those caring for a spouse with a medical condition.
Guest speaker will be Jodi Kreifels, RN, who will present “Caregiver Stress, Signs and Symptoms.”
