Jennifer Black, BSN, RN, was recently hired as the new Care Services Manager at Morton Place, a senior living community by Enlivant.
 As Care Services Manager, Jennifer will be responsible for managing residents’ care and health plans, along with supervising the daily clinical activities of the caregivers in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures.
 In 2001 she received her nursing diploma from Baptist Health School of Nursing in Little Rock, AR. Then in 2010, Jennifer completed coursework to receive her BSN from the Chamberlain School of Nursing.
She in currently pursuing further education in the Masters degree program through Chamberlain.
Her nursing background includes work in long-term care and acute hospital settings and, most recently, as nursing instructor for Highlands College of Montana Tech.
 Jennifer is excited to join the management team by offering assistance, support and direction.
Her goal is to improve the lives of seniors at Morton Place by giving compassionate care and evidence-based practice.
 Having recently moved from Montana to Union, NE, Jennifer resides with her husband, Gary, and three daughters. They also have an older daughter living in Montana and a son in NE City.
 Located near the intersection of 14th Avenue and 15th Street, Morton Place promotes independence and individuality, while providing seniors with extra assistance in their daily routine.
Residents enjoy the freedom and advantages of living independently in an environment surrounded by friends and a caring staff.
