  • 91st Annual Sidney Championship Rodeo winners announced

  • SIDNEY - Rodeo fans were treated with a parade Saturday afternoon and the final rodeo performance of the 91st Annual Sidney Iowa Championship Rodeo that evening.
    The dust has now settled in Rodeo Town, USA, but the thrill of the ride will continue for many cowboys and cowgirls as they continue competing in rodeos nationwide.
    Out of 441 competitors at the rodeo, which ran from July 29 through Saturday, Payden Emmett of Ponca, Arkan., was the all-round cowboy.
    Emmett competed in the Tie-Down Roping and Team Roping events and won $1,148.
