  • The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two suspects in connection to the recent vehicle burglaries in Hamburg.
    The Sheriff’s Office had taken approximately 10 reports of vehicles being broken into in the early morning hours of June 29 in Hamburg.  All of the vehicles were believed to be unlocked at the time they were broken into.
    Acting on a Crime Stoppers tip, the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office arrested both Kevin Booher, 22, of Hamburg, and Torri Perry, 20, of College Springs for suspicion of:  2 counts of burglary 3rd, a class D felony, 14 counts of burglary 3rd involving a motor vehicle, aggravated misdemeanors, and 1 count of theft 3rd, an aggravated misdemeanor.  Both are being held on $26,000 cash-only bonds.
