A body found on the Iowa side of the Missouri River on May 10 has been identified as Thomas Hill of Fremont, Neb.
The body found by a fisherman on the Iowa side of the Missouri River Saturday afternoon near the Nebraska City Marina has been identified as Thomas Hill, 56, of Fremont, Neb.
According to Special Agent Dan Dawson of Iowa DCI, the Iowa Office of State Medical Examiner performed an autopsy and was able to positively identify Hill by dental records late yesterday afternoon.
Thomas Hill had been reported missing in Fremont, Neb. on April 18. According to Special Agent Dawson the death appears to be by suicide
