  • On April, 25, The Home Agency Presents Git-R-Done for Team Jack Foundation with Larry the Cable Guy at 8 p.m. at Pinnacle Bank Arena. The event in its entirety will benefit the Team Jack Foundation, a local non-profit that raises funds for pediatric brain cancer research.
    Comedian Larry the Cable Guy is dedicating this performance to raising funds for the Team Jack Foundation to support pediatric brain cancer research.  Dan Whitney, better known as Larry the Cable Guy, is a multiplatinum recording artist, Grammy nominee, Billboard award winner and one of the top comedians in the country.  Whitney will perform as Larry the Cable Guy on Friday, April 25, at the Pinnacle Bank Arena at 8 p.m.  Mr. Whitney sells out theatres and arenas across the United States. 
     
    “We are overwhelmed by the graciousness of Mr. Whitney and inspired by his generosity to hold this event.  This will make a huge impact on the disease and we could not be more thankful,” said Andy Hoffman, chairman of the Team Jack Foundation and father of Jack Hoffman. “Mr. Whitney’s support has been overwhelming and we look forward to sharing this remarkable evening with him.”
     
    Whitney, through his charity, the Git-R-Done Foundation, is highly dedicated to helping children and veterans through organizations supporting these focus areas.  The Git-R-Done Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 2009 by Larry and his wife, Cara, as a focal point for the family’s philanthropy.  Emphasizing on children’s and veterans causes, the Foundation has donated to great organizations throughout the United States and on this evening, will be helping Team Jack raise much needed funds for pediatric brain cancer research. 
     
    Tickets may be purchased at Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office, online at ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster locations or by phone at 800-745-3000. Cost is $23 for adults and $13 for students with high school or college identification.
     
    The Team Jack Foundation was founded by the family of Jack Hoffman, the 7-year old Nebraska boy who is best known for his friendship with Rex Burkhead and his 69-yard ESPY winning touchdown run in the 2013 Nebraska spring game. The Team Jack Foundation’s primary focus is to raise money for pediatric brain cancer research. As of January 2014, the Team Jack movement has committed over $1.1 million for pediatric brain cancer research. The Team Jack Foundation is working with world renowned researchers, directly, to develop relevant and impactful research initiatives.
