Authorities north of Kansas City have released images of tattoos hoping the public can help identify a body recently recovered from the Missouri River.

The Platte County Sheriff's Office reports that the body was recovered near Waldron, Mo., on Sept. 12.

The Platte County Sheriff's Office reports that the body was recovered near Waldron, Mo., on Sept. 12.

The body is believed to be that of a white male in his 20s or 30s. There a couple of tattoos on his lower back. One is of a four-leaf clover and the other has the letters "ca" in a box.
