A lot going on in the beer world, and with a lot of time off lately, I’m starting to fall behind on it all. So, here’s all of it all at once.

First up, the “Brooklyn Brewery Mash: Advenutres in Food, Film, Music, Books & Beer” is coming to Boston from July 9 – 14.

There will be tons of events in Boston throughout the week at such locations as Stoddards Food & Ale, 48 Temple Place; The Tip Tap Room, 138 Cambridge St., and Bear’s Place, 10 Brookline St., Cambridge.

The events look like they could be fun, and I may make the trek from Central Mass. to Boston for an event or two.

For a complete list of events, go to BrooklynBreweryMash.com.

Jack’s Abby Brewing is getting ready to celebrate its second year and on Thursd

ay they will be releasing the Second Anniversary Lager.

The beer will be a double India pale lager. It is brewed with Mosaic, Amarillo, Apollo, Citra, Calypso and Simcoe hops. It will be released at the brewery at 3 p.m., and after the weekend, all remaining beer will be shipped out through its normal distribution channels.

In other Jack’s Abby news, they have taken over the adjacent space to their warehouse so they can expand. During the summer, construction will be taking place, so all tours are canceled until the construction is done. The tasting room  will remain open during its regular time.

Narragansett has announced that they are debuting a brand new specialty gansett canLager can, which will be the first of three new cans coming out this summer.

The new can, which is similar to the cans in the 1950s, will be available in 12-, 18- and 30-packs.

Along with the 1953 Can, Narragansett will also introduce a new Clam Can, which will be a 16-ounce tallboy featuring a traditional New England clambake recipe.

In August, Narragansett will re-release the 1975 can, which was made popular in “Jaws.”

On June 26, Samuel Adams will have its second release of the Samuel Adams Brewlywed Ale.

Bottle Shot (300dpi)The beer is only available one day, and it will only be available at the brewery in Jamaica Plain.

During the release, the first 50 people in line will be able to get a bottle signed by founder Jim Koch. The first 20 people to arrive in bridal attire will be moved to the front of the line. The line will begin forming at 7 a.m.

At 9 a.m., Jim Koch will lead people in a toast and the beer will be sold.

During the event, five couples have signed up to get married during the event, which will feature samples of “beer-infused wedding fare” and pairing suggestions, as well as wedding advice from TheKnot.com.

And last, but certainly not last, the Stone Brewing Company’s latest release, the Stone RuinTen IPA, has been released.

The RuinTen was originally released last year as the Stone Ruination Tenth Anniversary IPA, but it was so popular, and loved by the Stone team, that they brought it back.

The beer is 10.8 percent ABV and if you’re a hophead, you’ll love it. I really enjoyed the beer last year, and plan on enjoying it later tonight. Cheers.
