Did you know that some flowers are edible? While enjoying your flower shopping, look for sweet lilac, spicy nasturtium, marigolds, pansies and minty bees balm. These flowers and more can add zesty flavors and fun colors to your dishes this summer. It’s also possible that these flowers get their bright colors thanks to being packed with antioxidants. Just be sure the flowers are labeled edible to avoid those that may be toxic, or have been sprayed with pesticides. Why not? Give it a try!
